With NSA-01 combined with a Canon scanner you can scan and distribute documents to multiple users through the LAN, Internet, or as a fax. Although compact, it has a large, easy-to-use operation panel and is loaded with convenient features to get the most out of your Canon document scanner.
Emails can be written and signatures added directly from the NSA-01 and an integral address book allows quick and easy storage of contacts. The search function simplifies selection of recipients and addresses can be grouped for simultaneous emails. Confidential information can be kept secure with password protection and a choice of file formats are supported including PDF with embedded OCR data.
NSA-01 connects to the scanner via SCSI cable and to the network through 10Base-T/100Base-TX. The application software does not require a dedicated PC but can run on a networked computer in general, reducing the need to invest in additional hardware. With the pen-operated LCD panel the scanner settings can be altered directly.
