Fujitsu fi-4340C

Fujitsu fi-4340C scans 40 sheets per minute in simplex monochrome at 200 dpi resolution, or 38 sheets in duplex. The corresponding colour speed is 16 and 14 sheets respectively. The maximum resolution is 600 dpi, covering most application needs.
The double feed detection function uses infra red light to detect if two or more documents are scanned simultaneously. To verify that the document has been processed an optional imprinter is available for printing a programmable string of characters on the backside of the scanned document.

fi-4340C is delivered with Kofax VRS image enhancement software and Adobe Acrobat for PDF image creation. Combined this powerful package provides a number of functions to increase the image qualtity and the efficiency.

Two interfaces, USB 2.0 and SCSI, ensure easy connection to most computers.

Working environment:

fi-4340C is the optimal workgroup/departmental scanner for volumes up to 4000 documents per day where a flatbed is required for occasional thick or bounded material. The colour capability also allows photos to be scanned at high quality. Quiet and easy operation makes it ideal in office environment.
